On March 5, 2007, the owner of the rotowiper.com domain name was preliminarily enjoined from operating this website by order of the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, Fayetteville Division. On September 4, 2007, the Court ordered the prior owner, Robert D. "Bobby" Umberson, to transfer ownership of the rotowiper.com domain name to Rotoworks International Limited in connection with a trademark infringement lawsuit filed in January 2007. On November 8, 2007, the Court held Mr. Umberson and his co-defendants in contempt for failing to timely relinquish the rotowiper.com domain name.
